If you need to be reimbursed by PTA:

• The expense must first be cleared through the Executive Board.
• You must fill out a reimbursement request (pdf) and put it in the Treasurer’s box in the parent resource room.
• Any questions, contact the Treasurer (treasurer@suttervillepta.org).

The following California State PTA Guidelines for Cash Handling apply to any PTA event:

• Two persons must count the money at all times
• One person minimum must be from the Executive Board
• One non-relative
• Use Cash Verification Form (pdf)
• Forms signed BOTH before and after money is sealed in the envelope
• Sign across the seal of the envelope
• Deposit the money immediately
• Maintain a paper trail
